“Suzu” is the heart of SUZU-TEA — a blend born from our lifelong love for Japanese tea, crafted to be cherished for a lifetime.
In the rolling tea fields of Kagoshima, we discovered cultivars with stories as rich as their flavors: the umami-packed Okumidori, the rare and robust Okuyutaka, the fragrant Yutakamidori, and the vibrantly green Saemidori.

To bring out the full depth of aroma, we chose a stronger roast — a bold decision that requires only the finest tea leaves and expert skill.
We worked with a tea wholesaler near Shizuoka, Japan’s largest tea market, and partnered with a craftsman who won the gold medal at the National Raw Tea (Aracha) Finishing Competition.
